ABOUT NICOLE

Nicole Pearson

Nicole’s passion for protecting the constitutional rights of others is rooted her Abuelita’s couragous escape from fascism in Argentina. Today, she fights so her own children will enjoy the God-given freedoms promised by our Bill of Rights.

Nicole balances her advocacy and legal work which both serve to advance freedom and accountability in California. Nicole currently principally handles public-interest cases related to unlawful vaccine mandates and the violation of parental rights. Examples include representing a mother whose teenage son was vaccinated without her knowledge and a parent who whose child was social transitioned without her knowledge.

Along with legal work, Nicole is an outspoken public advocate for civil rights in the public square, regularly testifying before legislators and other governing bodies, publishing legal analyses on substack and communicating her message of action on social and traditional media.

Nicole is a graduate of UCLA ( cum laude) and Loyola Law School. She has personally taken these claims through every stage of litigation, and practices before state and federal courts, including the Central District of California. Nicole lives with her family in Newport Beach, CA.
